Local Gurus who post travel guides to this site shall be reimbursed 50% the value of payments received from purchases of their guide. Local Gurus must create a Paypal account and provide our site with their paypal identification so that we can make such payments. WEBFRIENDS reserves the right to amend payment arrangements, and reimbursement levels, at anytime without notice. By posting a travel guide Local Gurus automatically grant to WEBFREINDS a worldwide, non-exclusive, right to display this information on our site, in exchange for a fee arrangement as outlined above. You also agree to abide by our copyright and privacy policy. In particular, Local Gurus shall not include in their Travel Guides photographs containing nudity, or have obscene, profane, excessively violent, racist, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. The last thing we want is someone to pay to read your guide only to be offended by what they see and then complain to us and ask for their money back! If we think that is a serious risk, we reserve the right to take down your travel guide, and not engage your services. For their own safety and privacy, Local Gurus should not include their phone numbers, street addresses, or their last names in their Travel Guides. Local Gurus are responsible for paying all applicable taxes arising from payments provided by our site (including income taxes, and any goods and services or value added taxes). Terms of Sale
